“MATRIX” high-quality Salt spray chambers or Salt Fog Chambers are easy to use and maintain, and they offer the required level of accuracy and flexibility to meet tough corrosion test procedures including Salt Spray Test, Condensation Water Test and Cyclic Corrosion Test.
Features
These machines are capable of producing 3 kinds of manually adjusted environment — salt spray, high humidity and air drying (at any specific temperature level within the chamber). It’s possible to program any combination of these environments in any order to form a corrosion cycle, which can be automatically repeated any number of times.
Our chamber models are created in a way to meet the needs of basic, continuous salt spray tests conducted at a single temperature only. They are also made to be used with pH neutral salt solutions (NSS) or those acidified by the addition of Acetic Acid (ASS) or Cupric Acid (CASS).
The in-laboratories corrosion tests can be fit for choosing materials and their surface protection. It’s easy with our corrosion box chambers to forecast corrosion resistance of materials such as coatings and paints, and they are also created to meet the industry standards with ease
